Panel Recruiting
Panel recruiting is the process of sourcing research participants from a pre-vetted pool of individuals who have agreed to take part in user studies, giving research teams fast access to qualified participants matching specific demographic or behavioral criteria, without recruiting from scratch for every study.
Panel quality matters as much as panel size. A large panel of professional research participants who take many studies creates its own problem: the feedback starts reflecting testing experience rather than genuine user behavior. The most valuable panels are composed of real users with authentic relationships to the product category, not people who are experts at being research participants.
